At HAIRVANA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in substantially the same condition that you received it,
- returned in its original packaging,
- accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation,
- and must not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, accidental damage, or improper handling.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain opened or heavily used personal care and wellness items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or defective under applicable consumer laws.

- and relevant photos if applicable.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and return address.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:
- a defective item,
- damaged product,
- incorrect order,
- or missing item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.
Results & Expectation Disclaimer
HAIRVANA products are intended for cosmetic, wellness, and lifestyle purposes only.
Individual experiences and results may vary significantly depending on consistency of use, genetics, age, health, scalp condition, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and other personal factors.
Because outcomes naturally vary between individuals, dissatisfaction based solely on personal expectations, perceived effectiveness, or lack of desired cosmetic results does not automatically qualify for a refund.
We do not guarantee hair regrowth or specific cosmetic outcomes.
Product Appearance & Visual Representation
Some product visuals, renders, lifestyle imagery, and promotional materials may be digitally enhanced, stylised, AI-assisted, or created for illustrative marketing purposes.
Minor differences in packaging, colours, textures, lighting, or appearance between online visuals and the delivered product may occur and do not constitute product defects.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- gift cards,
- clearance or final sale items,
- customised or personalised products,
- heavily used products,
- products damaged through misuse,
- or items returned outside the eligible return period.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order once your approved return has been processed.
European Union Cooling-Off Rights
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable laws.
Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method,
- processing times may vary depending on your financial institution,
- and banks or payment providers may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, or insurance costs are generally non-refundable unless required under applicable consumer law.
Fraud Prevention
HAIRVANA reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges where fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, excessive return behaviour, chargeback misuse, or suspicious activity is identified.
